Malham Methodist Church

Malham chapel is situated in the upper valley of the River Aire. A redevelopment project was completed in 2019 and has transformed the interior. A unique floor composed of a series of paintings allows a pilgrimage of the local landmarks.

The Hope Garden began redevelopment in 2023 in collaboration with the Malham Environmental Group, a local garden designer, local farmer and other interested parties.

Malham is a class of Bradley Methodist Church, often working together and regularly sharing in worship.

• Worship at 9.30 on 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays (5th Sundays is an ‘informal locally led service)
• The chapel is open daily (unless there is a booking) – just push the door to come in
• Knitted ‘Malham Angels’ available for people to take as a blessing from the chapel
• Regular open afternoons with tea, coffee and home-made cakes
• Accessible chapel and garden
